Please complete our online forms to expedite the registration process. We suggest that patients wear comfortable clothes to their appointments. Our onboarding process is typically one visit unless imaging is necessary. Please allow one hour for this process.

Your First Chiropractic Visit
When you arrive at our clinic, expect to be greeted warmly and made to feel at home. If the paperwork hasn’t been completed in advance, you’ll receive it at this time; please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to finish.
When done, you’ll be escorted to an examination room for your consultation with Dr. Ed. He’ll take a detailed history and ask questions to obtain necessary information about your condition. A physical exam will be performed, including orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests, posture analysis, and range of motion.
You’ll also receive a surface EMG scan and be referred out if X-rays are necessary. Dr. Ed will determine whether you’re a candidate for adjustment today.
Presenting Your Custom Care Plan
After he has compiled all the test results, Dr. Ed will present his best recommendations to you and discuss your options and goals and what you feel you can realistically achieve. We won’t force you into anything. Your health is always your decision; the final choice is up to you.
Financial Matters
Our office is an out-of-network provider with insurance companies. We will provide you with a detailed receipt to submit your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist you.
Payment options include cash, check Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) also cover chiropractic care and are utilized by most of our patients. Our office accepts assignment only for work-related injuries and auto accidents.
